Want to say thank you for memorable stay. Fantastic, clean, reasonably spacious hotel, the location is marvellous by taxi to the city center. The restaurant food is superb, and the breakfast offered is large and excellent with breath-taking views and gluten free options, for example.

Great hotel with the style and glamour of times gone by, fantastic terrace with a view over the whole of Naples - great breakfast. Upgrade room with sea view, very nice room,. Great staff
In the end it's Italian: if you pull the plug out of the wall, the plaster comes with it, the toilet flush requires several energy-sapping pumping movements, shower in the bathtub, very noisy.

The hotel's room was newly decorated with a marvelous view of the bay of Naples. This good old and grand old property had a central setting so close to the train station. It was a short walk to Naples, Ischia, Reggia Caserta, taxis, and Mount Vesuvius.

Great service, moderately priced, old fashioned, crumbling luxury like all of Naples, great breakfast and incredible view from the terrace, a bit far from the center but you can take the funicular nearby to take you to the subway.
the distance to the center is a bit far - take a cab or the cablecar to Piazza da Fuga, where you'll find a subway station

Very friendly and helpful staff; great location (safe and very close to shopping, night life and historical places); wonderful view of the Naples Bay and the volcano. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Excellent service. I would definetely recommend Parker's to anyone who visits Naples and who values real 5 star service. Lovely place to stay in Napoli.
